Has anyone purchased one of these? I'm curious as to whether you can remove the weld on the folding butt stock since it is converted to a bolt action rifle?

I converted my Vepr 12 into a fixed mag and have the same question. Sure would make storing a bit easier.

You would have to check with your state laws for legality.

According to the current laws, yes you can have folding stock if it's a manually operated shotgun and is over 26" if fireable from the folded position. The vepr is a little over 28" when folded.
