Welcome!
Looking forward to hearing more about what you're doing.

I love that shotgun picture! I think I saw you posting about it over there. I still need to chop down my stock and find a screw for my stoeger sawed off side by side. I'm another ar15.com member.

If that X95 were FDE I'd be trying to raise the funds for it ASAP. I guess if you want to cut me a deal I can accidentally buy it and paint it... lol

Take care and welcome to the forum!

My VEPR 12 is my favorite gun.

Dang. The photo was dead before I got to see.

Use imgur or similar instead, since they don't have view limits, please.

Very cool on the SOT status, and mini mill.

I'm going to be doing some of that soon too, but not for selling.I have access to a 3 axis CNC router, and am modifying some commercial jigs to let me hold lowers a couple different ways. Then I can do clever stuff on a one off basis for personal use. It's more fun when I am the only one with a gun like that. Or it will be, anyway.

Ok I uploaded to Imgur but the direct link of the pic is YUGE. So here is a link to the gallery or whatnot.

Barrels are 13 5/8" long with an OAL of 22". If I end up making a side by side I will probably go shorter and make something ala Mad Max. Might also do it in 20ga as 12ga is a freaking handful.

Though my next SBS is definitely going to be a Vepr 12. Hell I've already spent like $465 on just mags alone and don't even have the gun yet.
I would LIKE to cut the barrel down to oh say 12" but, I will probably start with 14 or 15" to keep reliability. As I delve deeper into the weapon system itself I may shorten it more. A 12" or shorter with a Silencerco Salvo would be the tits. Of course a 14" with a Salvo would be great as well.

Please do a chiappa triple threat, I'm not sure what I can bribe you with but that would be by far the coolest sbs out there

Man I really want to do the chiappa, but that damn thing is like $1200 dealer cost haha. If I ever see a used one I might snag it for shits and giggles. :D
