Just ordered my first Vepr in .308 with 20inch barrel. Also got a Rhineland stock set ordered and am gonna go for a dragunov clone. Figured this would be a great place to gather some info on my new rifle.
A little about me, I live in central Texas (Austin area) I am a student at Texas State University (criminal justice major) by day and a taxi driver by night as well as an alternate for a security company and alternate at a local factory...and a husband and father to a 4y/o...so I keep pretty busy....

Just the man I was hopeing to see. Very nice rifle you have, ive got some questions about mounting a bipod. I found the bipod and mini-14 adapter you mentioned but am curious about the spacer and the actual mounting process.
