Haha Mike! i know they are mil dots
Sorry i should have been more specific .
Yes i mean the tiny dust, or powder like spots.
Well i guess i am screwed with warranty. I got this from ebay , used no receipt....
From mueller site:
The warranty is transferable and we do NOT require a registration card to be completed however we do require a copy of the original purchase receipt (proof of purchase), which must be from an Authorized Mueller Optics Dealer (sorry no exceptions) .

I would file a complaint with EBay about it.You should be able to get your money back.

Contact the guy who sold it to you and let him know what's wrong. Maybe he has a little integrity and will work with you.

Mueller claims to stand behind their products. I would contact them http://muelleroptics.com/contact-us.
If they DONT credit you or send you a new scope, PLEASE reply here. I'm a big fan and would like to know how well they backup their warranties.
Good luck and sorry to hear about that. It's the first fail of theirs I've heard of.

I called them. As i thought if no receipt no warranty :( If i send it in, they can quote me the repair cost, or they can replace the scope for a new one for $155.

I will try to solve it on ebay, but no reply yet.
