I ordered a airsoft 1911 that i sold after i received from airssplat. The pistol was realistic and weight and feel but i had a few issues i didn't like about it. The problem i had or better worded is the things i didn't like was the magazine held i think 20 rounds and had a bump and ramp that fed airsoft pellets. The only way i could release the slide was via the slide release, in my everyday shooting i pull back on the cocking serrations then release.

I guess my question is who makes the most realistic 1911 training pistol that addresses some of the issues i spoke about.

Also what kinds of indoor targets are recommend and training drills with the pistol. Id like to have a moving target

The primary function of the pistol was a training aid.

I hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say realistic training aid more so then the last one i paid 100 bucks for.

I'd recommend a laser insert and reactive target kit, for an actual firearm, myself. It is more difficult with SAO firearms, though, so I can understand the desire for a cycling facsimile, I just don't know enough about them to give you an answer.

rev would that work for a 1911 i had a laserlyte trainer that i have fooled around with, I know know training aide is perfect hence it being a training aide.

I didn't like it because i constantly needed new batteries i know there are newer models. I messed around with a decent quality airsoft pistol and i liked it better. I know some of these things are subjective, it seemed the target options were better.

Get a green gas airsoft gun and use propane. green gas is just propane with a little air tool oil in it, so propane is a much more cost effective way to go.

I believe the WE brand is supposed to have proper manual of arms, but you should watch a few reviews of any specific model before buying. There are higher quality brands if you want to spend though.

The KJW ones seem to be a little better before you get into the high dollar ones.

I think this guy is not filling his cartridge correctly for what it is worth.

If you have the money to get better yet, KWA is kind of the standard. Mags are more expensive and they only come with one.

If you look at the internals, KWA are built way better and are known to be much better replicas in terms of feel and details.

gun fun i used propane with oil in my last one my biggest complaint was when inserting a new mag you had to use the slide release, i use the cocking serrations when doing a mag change. It was of very high quality, i had trouble with a few after market mags not filling properly.

I would also like to purchase some electronic sort of pop up target any advice. I would also like some mechanical and moving targets.
