for me it is easier to just weld on some sheet to the back and then machine for the proper trunion and hardware. i do this all the time.
it is much easier to do 1 or 2 like this then make a bunch of trunions.

I've got a HUGE one..

 A VEPR slantcut block that has a pignose builtin and that leaves the TANG in place.. and has a standard sling point QD mounting hole on each side of said block..

I used a DPH VEPR insert (that leaves the TANG) and then had to mod the VLTOR AK stock tube to fit inside that..

If someone just made a drop in VEPR block (for the newer imported VEPR's) with a pig nose machined INTO the block.. the pig nose could actually go under the TANG area abit (aka recessed).. thus cutting even more length for people whom want really compact..

If you can keep it less than say $70 you would have a winner IMHO..

Krebs makes one.. for $100 and is bulky looking.. appears to have no sling points.. and then you still have to buy a pignose for $20 and then the AR tube for another $20-25..

have you checked these out?

these collapse as short as a vltor, and also fold, with better lockup than any other hinge on the market.
(sorry to hijack your thread matt.)

Also kindof pointless without the spring now that I think about it. :(

I would also be in for these parts. I have a folder assembly missing the latch, pins and springs. I could source the springs I'm sure if you wanted o do a run of latches.

whatever you charge, they are currently not available. I would pay $100 no problem if I had to, but I think you could do them cheaper.
th programming is gonna be all the effort involved, they should cut easy enough.

that is a goofy looking block there.

The "Tangsaver" block. Yeah, pretty damn dumb looking. Cut the tang people. Just cut it....

With the influx of VEPR 12FSF models recently imported that are being made back into operational folders (after being brought into 922r compliance of course), a product to manufacture that would be in high demand now would be a copy of the Molot AR stock adapter!

I will be more than happy to test one for you if you have any interest in producing these... :D
