Had a little bit of fitting to do to the Promags, but they cycle fine.

Promags seem to really only be 19 round capacity. As with 20 rounds in, it was near impossible to charge the rifle.
Other than that, mags seem okay, if still a little sharp on various edges.

Just wanted to let you all know that we have worked out the details of the new Vepr .308 magazines. I got to play with a prototype yesterday, worked smooth and looks like it belongs in the rifle.

Weight will be reduced by 3 ounces to 9.5 on the 20 round.. A full capacity view hole is included on the 10 & 20 round. 5s and 15s will be available as plugged magazines on the first batch.

Our 20 round mag will fit easily inside a G3 magazine pouch.

Rattle when loaded will be greatly reduced.

I should have 1500 mags in different capacities available Mid July.

AWESOME!!! :D :D :D

Ok new magazines are back from Heat treatment and should be ready for sale on Friday morning.. We do not expect these to sell out.

Here are photos showing it against a factory 10 round. Notice that our 10 round is shorter by a good bit. The 20s are now short enough to fit in most pouches.

Very nice! Looks by those lines running on them that they shouldn't rattle near as much either.

Yep greatly reduced rattle, has a view hole to see when full.

These pretty much drop right into G3 magazine pouches, so no need for special web gear.

Any change Csspecs will ever come out with a high capacity C-mag for the VEPR 308?

Like a drum? Not likely. I have been pondering the option of a 30 round for the vepr .308, it would basically be like our soon to roll out M14 mag.. Which is based on our current M77 and Vepr .308 mags.

I would definitely be interested in a 30 or 2

Any chance of finding .308 mags?
